2. Your California rights
- Know / access the personal information we've collected about you.
- Delete personal information we've collected, subject to exceptions.
- Correct inaccurate personal information.
- Opt outof the sale or sharing of personal information. We don't sell or share, so there's nothing to opt out of — but the choice is always yours.
- Limit the use of sensitive personal information (we already limit it to providing the Service).
- Non-discrimination — we won't treat you differently for exercising your rights.
3. How to submit a request
Email us at info@trellium.comor use the contact details below. We'll verify your request using information associated with your account before responding. You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf with proper written permission.
4. Global Privacy Control
We honor recognized opt-out preference signals, including Global Privacy Control (GPC), where required. Because we don't sell or share personal information, a GPC signal doesn't change what we do — but it's respected all the same.
5. “Shine the Light”
California's “Shine the Light” law (Civil Code §1798.83) lets California residents ask about personal information shared with third parties for their own direct marketing. We do not share your personal information with third parties for their direct marketing.
6. Minors
We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16 years of age.
